By engaging with Zaad Suite, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a seamless and safe experience for all our guests.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid identification document and a partial deposit may be required at the time of reservation to secure your stay. Full payment is expected upon arrival or as per the specific package terms.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours or "no-shows" will result in a one-night charge. Specific peak-season policies may apply.
Zaad Suite maintains a family-friendly environment. We ask all our guests to respect the comfort and privacy of others. Any conduct that disrupts the peaceful atmosphere of the property may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and the security of your belongings, Zaad Suite is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. We recommend using the provided safety amenities for valuable possessions.
